Welcome to Podcast AI, operated by Delta Metrics LLC. By using the Podcast AI app or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, whichever is higher) to use Podcast AI. If you're under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission. You're responsible for keeping your phone number and account secure and for everything that happens under your account.
Podcast AI takes a topic you submit and generates a podcast episode — script and audio — using AI models we license from third parties. The script may include cited sources researched by the model. The audio is rendered with AI text-to-speech voices we license. Generated episodes are stored in your account so you can play, save, share, or delete them.
Scripts produced by Podcast AI are generated by language models. They may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or hallucinated details. Episodes are intended for entertainment, learning, and curiosity. Don't rely on a Podcast AI episode as your sole source for medical, legal, financial, safety, or other consequential decisions. Always consult a qualified professional for those.
AI-generated voices are synthesized — they're not real people. Episodes do not feature real public figures speaking; any voice that resembles a public figure is a coincidence of the underlying voice model and not an endorsement.
You own the topics you submit and, to the extent allowed by applicable copyright law, the episodes you generate. By generating an episode you grant Delta Metrics a limited, worldwide license to host, store, transcode, and serve it back to you and (if you mark it public) to other users. We don't claim ownership of your content.
If you make an episode public, you also grant us a license to display it in trending feeds, search results, and shared links until you make it private or delete it.
You may not use Podcast AI to generate or share content that:
We screen submissions and outputs against these rules. We may remove episodes, suspend accounts, or refuse generations at our discretion. Repeated or severe violations result in account termination.
Podcast AI offers Free, Premium, and Pro tiers. Premium and Pro are paid subscriptions sold through the Apple App Store. Pricing, billing, and renewal are handled by Apple under your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel them at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't process refunds directly — refund requests go through Apple.
If we change a subscription's price or features, we'll notify you in advance and you'll have the option to cancel before any new terms take effect.
The Podcast AI app, the marketing site, our brand and logos, our software, and our underlying systems are owned by Delta Metrics or our licensors. Don't copy, modify, decompile, or create derivative works of them. Don't use our trademarks without written permission.
We provide Podcast AI on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free generation, or that any specific episode will succeed. Generation depends on third-party AI services that occasionally rate-limit, fail, or change behavior. We'll do our best, but we aren't liable for individual generation failures or outages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delta Metrics LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising out of your use of Podcast AI. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these exclusions. To the extent they don't, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.
You can stop using Podcast AI at any time and delete your account from the app. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that pose a security risk, or that we're required to act on by law. On termination, your generated content is deleted along with your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes we'll give you reasonable notice in-app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right doesn't waive it.
