How do I create a podcast?

Open the Podcast AI app and tap the Create button on the home screen. Choose a topic or paste your own content, select your preferred voice and style, then tap Generate. The app will handle the rest, producing a full podcast episode ready to listen to or share.

How long does generation take?

Most podcast episodes are generated within 1 to 3 minutes, depending on the length and complexity of the content. Longer episodes or those with multiple voices may take slightly longer. You will receive a notification when your episode is ready.

Can I make my podcast private?

Yes. When creating or editing a podcast, toggle the Private switch to keep it visible only to you. Private podcasts will not appear in search results or public feeds. You can change visibility at any time from the episode settings.

What voices are available?

Podcast AI offers a variety of AI-generated voices across different tones, accents, and styles. Free users have access to a curated selection, while premium subscribers unlock the full voice library including multi-speaker conversations. We regularly add new voices based on user feedback.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the platform where you originally subscribed:

• iOS: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find Podcast AI, and tap Cancel.
• Android: Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions, find Podcast AI, and tap Cancel.
• Web: Go to your account settings within the app and select Manage Subscription.

Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Why did my podcast fail to generate?

Generation can occasionally fail due to:

• Content issues: The source material may contain content that our system cannot process. Try simplifying or shortening your input.
• Network problems: A weak or interrupted connection during generation can cause failures. Check your connection and try again.
• Server load: During peak usage, generation requests may time out. Wait a few minutes and retry.
